Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days for standard shipping.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Our subscription service delivers two pairs of sunglasses to your door each month for $59.99.
The subscription fee of $59.99 will be automatically drafted from your provided payment method on the 1st of each month.
If funds are not available on the 1st, we offer a 3-day grace period to process your payment. We will attempt to draft the payment again during this period.
After three consecutive missed payments, your subscription will be automatically canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please reach out to customer support at [email protected]. Please note that cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month.
We do not offer refunds for the subscription fee once it has been processed. However, if you receive defective or damaged sunglasses, please contact our customer service within 14 days for a replacement.
SMPL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the subscription service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
